[Skin Concerns] I burned myself with hot oil. What can I do to reduce any marks on my skin?

I was cooking and splashed drops of hot oil across my front. I wiped it off within a few seconds and applied ice, but I have two big red blotches at the top of my breast! What is the best thing to do? Is there something I can get from the pharmacy?
