Ok it's driving me nuts reading stuff about making butter or oil and having to decarb first you do NOT need to decarb first if your going to have your trees in hot oil or butter for and hour or more.
Decarbing first doesn't work I've been smoking and eatting weed for 15 years my brother is a baker and smoking for 15 years and my dealer has been growing and making oil butter chocolate for over 50 years. And never not once (except for me once to test) have we ever decarbed first.
Your simply doing this when infusing the plant matter in butter or oil.
Edit: and you have to remember if baking your cooking the thc yet again.
So if you decarb first your heating up the thc 3 times before ingesting killing any possible high you could get.
