Hi, in a year's time I'll be going on a semester-long student exchange to Hanyang University, Seoul. I've read through some of the past posts etc. but would like more tips.
-
I've heard that the supermarkets aren't cheap. Is cooking or eating out more affordable? I'm not a huge fan of the typical Korean spicy dishes and would like more variety.
-
What are the options for accommodation at Hanyang U? Pros/cons?
-
What to do besides shopping/eating?
-
I can't speak Korean but can speak English and Mandarin fairly well. How well will I be able to communicate?
Any more tips you can give?
