I'm dogsitting them in the evenings. They are the most single lovable dogs there are. They only have my uncle's company when he works but he'll be out for a while.
What I have is just a question. I went yesterday after work. They spent the entire day alone (in the back of the house without humans or animals to see. Only noises). Let them out on the street (no cars there, and they are really good boys and don't wander off) for a bit while cooked their meal and cleaned their water. Thing is, they didn't eat nor drink right away. They just kept around while I was there, doing nothing.
They did the same thing today, so I'm figuring they just wanted more company maybe? I let them out but instead of cooking, I sat in the porch with them. There were people on the street and I'm guessing they kinda needed to see more movement and have some extra company for a while.
Could any other thing help? They aren't that playful and are getting a bit old. I only have the evenings to spare, just after work and only for a while. I'll try to keep them company more often on my visits. By the way, they do eat since I always find the plates cleaned the day after.
