Hi! I received a lovely little tea light warmer and small glass pot for Christmas. But, um... what do I do with it? Is it mostly meant to brew tea in (the pot came with a strainer) or do I just use it to keep tea warm, like pour already-made hot tea in?
Are there any types of tea that really benefit from being brewed for longer times over a small flame? Kind of like the "slow cooking" method for tea?
