Hi all, here's my situation:
* Single student. Winter break for 3 weeks, student dining room closed
* Going to start working out to lose weight
* Getting into the hobby of cooking, bought some cookwares and I'm really excited to experiment some stuff!
Going grocery shopping this weekend and I'd love any advice/help I can get. Here's what I'm looking for:
* A mixture between easy-to-make and some complex recipes. I have time, I enjoy cooking, and I'm willing to test new things to learn!
* Healthy food (duh, I'm at this subreddit :P)
Some things to keep in mind:
* My dorm floor does NOT have an oven. Long story.
* I'm willing to spend $60-$100 on food for these three weeks, aka not broke but I still want to spend wisely.
I know that's a lot of items, but I'm genuinely excited to use this break to get into the habit of making food for myself. Thank you all so much for the help!
