Hi guys! Long time lurker here, thought I’d finally make an account and see what happens...
So a little bit about me, well... I currently live on the south coast of the UK, and I'm in my first year of university.
In my spare time I like to game, I have a steam account and have over 5000 hours on TF2, I must add this is since 2008 ha. I tend not to be on steam too much these days as I mainly play Overwatch, it’d be cool to find some people to play that with, I play both EU/US regions as I have friends who are in both and my work schedule means I play at strange hours.
I also enjoy watching movies/TV when I can, can’t wait to see Logan this week, I’m sure it’s going to be amaaaaaazzzingggggg, even the trailer brings a tear to my eye, sad I know!... Some other movies I’ve enjoyed recently; Manchester by the Sea, Lion, Moana, Rogue One, Lego Batman (I could go on and on).
I’m really looking forward to the return of Game of Thrones and Stranger Things, all aboard the hype train, choo chooo. I’m in need of a good series to start binge watching until then, I’ll watch anything… Anyone have any suggestions?
I tend to try and avoid the clubbing/party scene these days because it’s just not my thing anymore and I never really enjoyed getting rat-arsed to be honest. I enjoy live music, however I suffer from Tinnitus and I’m pretty sure loud music is what fucked up my ears in the first place, so I’m rather cautious when it comes to noise levels (be careful with your ears, kids. Tinnitus is a biiiiiiiiiiitch).
I like to travel when I can (bit more difficult now that I’m a student), my favourite place that I’ve been to is Norway, what a beautiful country, I’d love to go back there one day. I managed to squeeze in France and Italy last year before I started my degree too.
I like philosophy and pondering on the purpose of life, I also enjoy astronomy (who cares if those planets are 40 lightyears away, it’s still cool!!), conspiracy theories, makeup, and cooking.
