When I read the comments some of them are "This is the best thing ever" and some of them are "my ribs flop around, this sucks!"
When I'm not using rib racks I always get awesome baby back ribs at 3-3.5 hours of cooking time. I know that if your ribs are closer than 1" from each other, it increases cooking time. So I was thinking I could put one rib at either end of this and one in the middle and they should be far enough apart. It would also be perfect because it would mean that I could cook one Costco pack (3 racks) at once on only one BBQ.
