Manual or meat grinder?

I eat a lot of chicken namely ground. Boneless/skinless is 1.5-3$/KG here and ground is about 5$/KG. But I don't trust the shops in saying they are only grinding skinless chicken breasts.

I'll have the item forward shipped I just wanna make sure it is really reliable and quality. I have a stand mixer with the grinding attachment but it was such a pita to setup that I never use it.
