No, not natively. None of the commercial bots do. You will need a server (which is much better than any computer) or a virtual machine.
Do I need proxies?
If you're trying to cop multiple from the same website, then yes. Will this bot guarantee me bogos/yeezy/insert item here? No. There are no guarantees with anything in the world, so this is the same.
Will you help me set it up?
