So I'm conducting a survey about ovens for an entrepreneurship class at school and I need Your Help.

Please take my survey about cooking and reheating using ovens in their homes! It's not too long and it's about yoga so it's fun! Please share with your friends! The student who gets the most results wins a prize!

Upvote for visibility please! Here's a link to the survey!

I also took the time to answer all the fun startup questions in the submission prompt!

1) What is your product or service: An innovative oven that uses a proprietary heating method that I invented. It is more efficient and heats up faster than any product on the market today and healthier than a microwave. The target market is people like my self; on a budget, limited time, like to cook/reheat healthy meals at home, don't like microwaves.

2) What motivated you to start a business: I have always been passionate about entrepreneurship. When I was a kid I sold candy, pokemon cards, and comic books that I wrote in the cafeteria and on the playground. As a college student I began researching innovative technologies to change the world. I believe that given the opportunity, I have the dedication and ability to create the next generation of innovative products. I am not interested in making money or competing with other companies. Rather I am interested in changing the status quo and putting my startup in competition with what is possible.

3) How long have you been working on your startup? I envisioned the idea during my junior year of college. That was 4 years ago and it finally seems like I will be able to manifest my dreams into reality. I have been dedicated to working on this project for the past 7 months during a full time master's program.

4.1) What is your 6-month plan? Over the next 6 months I will continue to prototype and develop my product for manufacturing. My goal by the end of my master's program in engineering and business this august is to have a fully developed MVP, or minimum viable product.

4.2) What is your 1-year plan? I would like to launch a crowdfund early next year to gain some initial funding for this project. If it is successful I plan to begin manufacturing the product here in the US and seek additional funding from investors. I would also like to partner with one or multiple meal delivery services to streamline the cooking experience.

4.3) What is your 5-year plan? I hope to exit my company after 3-7 years and move on to solve another problem facing humanity. I would like to exit via an acquisition or IPO. Again my goal isn't to make money, rather I want to help people live happier and healthier lives.

5) What have been your most memorable positive and negative experiences? My most memorable positive experience was turning on my first successful prototype and watching my scientific discovery come to life and function in the real world for the first time. My most memorable negative experience was when I let go of my first venture. Things weren't going well between me and my co-founder. We came to an impasse and we had to part ways. I hope to be able to turn this failure into a learning experience and carry the lessons into my new venture.

6) If you could travel back in time, what advice would you give your self? Don't go into business with your best friend and don't split the business 50/50. Never a good idea...

TL;DR: lifelong entrepreneur with a passion for health and wellness.
