Worked like a charm, the parts will be on there way soon!
Hello Support,
I write to you as a failed Customer. A disgrace to everything you are trying to accomplish. I am a dedicated Weber owner, I have owned many models. A travel size, a Weber Q, and most recently a Weber Genesis 330 Special Edition. A dream come true! A piece of magnificent stainless steel and artistry. I love this grill. I cook on it 5 times a week when it's nice, a little less when it's snowing. I use it more than my oven! My kids sometimes get jealous. I loveeee it! Here is why today I am crying and I have failed you. I recently moved. I trusted my best friend, BEST FRIEND, to move my grill. Why I didn't do it myself it still a mystery... We loaded it in the back of his truck strapped it down (wrapped it in blankets) and went on. I was behind him when I see him pulled over. I quickly swerve off the road and I already knew why he had pulled over. My beloved Sally (ok not really a name for her but it makes the story more interesting) had tipped over. No fear I said, Sally is strong, Sally is sexy, she's fine!
Not true, Sally tipped over. It was wedged up against some crappy firepit but it wasn't enough to stop it from toppling over. She survived and I am still able to cook on her but her two doors got dented, one more than another. I immediately un-friended my best friend on Facebook (ok, that's a joke). I seriously could have puked!
I write to you today to see if there is anyway that you would replace the 2 doors for me at no cost so that my Sally can look like she did on the day she came home to me! I know this is a big ask but let me tell you how dedicated of a Customer I am.
I worked at a Hardware store while in college that sold Weber's. I became a Weber expert. I was only 19 at the time but I would convince men (and sometimes women) left and right to jump into a Weber. Sure it's more expensive than the el cheapo model next to it but don't you want the BMW of grills? The warranty is outstanding, the cooking is consistent, oh and the looks oh mannnn the looks! 3 year on the burners, 25 years on the hood, limited on the frame. I knew it all! I sold a lot of grills for you! I purchased my parents one for their anniversary. I convinced my mother in law to spend $1000 to buy my father in law one for his retirement. I have owned 3. I have convinced 2 co-workers to buy them. I even convinced my company to get a $400 Weber Q to give a way as a gift for a sales contest we had. You don't owe this to me but I wanted to express to you how much I love your products and that I respect the work you do to churn out a top of the line product and how much I want to return Sally to her original state.
Please let me know if you can help, thanks for your time.
