I was thinking about things I would have liked to see in Breath of the Wild and that I hope will be considered in the next installment of the series:
1) Have a full Castle Town. I understand everything is in "ruins" during the game, I just can't help but think about Twilight princess and how awesome it would be to have a seemless, large open Castle Town with plenty of NPC's and multiple layers of city like market district, Military district (barracks, training grounds), Royal and high upper living quarters and regular commoner housing (just a few examples)
2) Crafting. Not just cooking abilities but they should allow you to make your own weapons as none were available for purchase the entire game. With this you could introduce "Zelda Mods" for weapons that give it a little extra kick.
3) Really loved the fact that you could buy your own house in this, however they should have allowed you to pick what Village you live in and a little more design freedom for the player (furniture placement, exterior design. Adding stables to your house that you can actually use to rest your trusty steed.
4) Register more than just horses at stables. Felt really cheated by the fact that horses were the only rideable animal you could register
5) Probably not likely but would be cool; Make Hyrule have a floating city like in Skyward Sword, Twilight Princess (Its a dungeon but I'm counting it), but again make it part of the open world experience. Or even on the back side of that, revisit the Hyrule/Termina relationship (somehow with a new story, and have both Hyrule and Termina in one game.
What do you guys think?
