I'm looking into Sous Vide cooking. Particularly the idea of prepping protein on the weekend, freezing it, and dropping in a cooker in the morning before I head off to work has me intrigued. Which cookers will allow me to have a delayed cook or control over the internet? I know a lot say wifi enabled, but I'm not sure if that means I can connect from any network (i.e. over the internet).
