I'm a vegetarian so I don't have too much experience cooking any type of meat, but my boyfriend is a carnivore who loves meat! I love cooking for him, but I'm having a hard time cooking ground beef.
I tried making patties yesterday but it was still red on the inside and not cooked. Where did I go wrong?
Are there any easy recipes? How can I get rid of the "blood" when I'm thawing out the ground beed?
