Bought 1kg of Cremini mushrooms without having checked the fridge.. Now have 2 kgs in total. Please suggest meatless stove top or pressure cooker recipes (no oven/grill)!

I usually just brown whole mushrooms in butter in a very hot pan, but that only works with small batches. Also, I'm feeling adventurous and want to try new recipes!

Can Creminis be deep fried at all? What about stews? I tried a Cremini mushroom stew once, but the color of the end product was really bad.

I am also open to raw recipes, possible involving marinading.
