I've started my journey

I'm not sure there's rules against how much I can post because the only other sub reddit I'm familiar with is nosleep..

I've just finished my first run, according to map my run I ran 2.89km in 31 minutes at an average pace of 11km an hour and burned 329 calories.. I'm slightly confused because my fitness pal said 31 minutes at 11km per hour was 784 calories so I went with the 329 just to be safe.

I wanted to ask about my fitness pal too if anyone can give me an answer, since it's new years day I'll be cooking a big feed later for everyone, how do I add things like olive oil or chicken stock to my daily intake?
