I normally just pick up a bottle of kikkoman soy sauce for general use. Recently I went to an Asian grocery store that had a decent selection of different soy sauces. I picked up a bottle of Wan Ja Shan and liked the flavor much more. It was less salty and had a richer flavor. What brand do you consider the best?
