I just got my Anova circulator and love it, but the amount of plastic bags I'm throwing away makes me uncomfortable, especially if I'm cooking only for myself. What are some methods you guys use to cut down on plastic use? Can you flip plastic bags inside out and use them again? Or if you're making a small meal (like a single chicken breast), can you double bag a smaller sandwich bag inside a gallon freezer bag so that you can throw away the small sandwich bag and have the freezer bag to reuse later?
