After a recent period of over eating and under exercising I've started back counting calories. But in this period of calorie counting I've added tofu into my diet. As we all know tofu should be pressed before cooking but that's leaving me with a bit of confusion as to which weight I should be entering in MFP. One part of me thinks it should be entered after all excess water has been squeezed out but I also don't want to be under entering weights and calories.
Help?!
