33 [M4F] DC/Anywhere - Looking for a long term relationship

I'm 33, 6’1”, 180lbs, single, and no kids. I'm into staying fit, doing yoga and eating healthy. I enjoy brunch on Sundays and spontaneous weekend getaways. I go out every now and again but I really enjoy nights at home cooking dinner and having some wine on the patio. I’m a introvert with some nerdy tendancies and a lover of technology and Netflix documentaries. Here are some pics: http://ift.tt/2mJqaqA

Am I [23M] making mountains out of molehills here? My roommate [22M] can't seem to take no for an answer..

We're old coworkers that recently moved in together (or, rather, I moved into his place and were riding out the lease, then well probably get an apartment together. Probably.).

He loves to cook, man. And don't get me wrong, he's all sorts of good at it, but sometimes I'm just not really feeling it, you know? He'll always ask if I want some, usually I say yeah, but a few times recently I said no thanks, I already ate or something like that. He says ok, then goes on and cooks for himself.

Sounds ok? No, because he went ahead and cooked two portions anyway. I mean, I can't just not eat what he spent the last hour cooking. I sort of feel like it's a weird power play, or something. I don't know.

And you know, that's not really even the issue, I'm honestly just grumpy because it's 2AM and I'm wired because he made coffee for no reason at 9. And I said I was good, I won't sleep if I drink that shit at 4, let alone 9! And he's got an early flight tomorrow that I'm driving him too. I just want to sleep.

I don't know. He's very excitable, and honestly very excited that we're living together, but.. well, I'm not.

I mean, I like him and we get along, but he always seems like he's trying very hard to get along. For example, he's always agreeing with me (I've tried it, we'll be discussing whatever and I'll get him to agree to two contradictory statements). I don't even think he listens to what I'm saying half the time.

Maybe this stuff will iron itself out, or I'll figure out a way to convince myself to meet him halfway.. but as it stands, honestly he drains me.

tl;dr my roommate likes to cook shit and doesn't listen to me when I say no, so I feel pressured into eating his food. It sounds like a nonissue, but I feel like it's some sort of weird power play.

Am I making sense? Has anyone else dealt with someone like this?

[help] should I take my dog to get stitches?

So tonight, my 8 m/o German Shepherd somehow cut her front leg open whIle I was cleaning my apartment and I really don't know how or what she did. Unfortunately it happened later in thw evening to where only ER vets are available to take her to

I did not think it was an emergency as she seems, and still seems, to have hardly noticed that it had happened

I didn't even notice until her leg was dripping blood.

I immediate flushed out the wound and cut the hair around it.

I'd say the wound is about 2cm long and 1-2cm wide (sorry I don't have a picture because my phone was dead when it happened and she is now sleeping like the adorable pup she is)

It's not incredibly deep, but it is deeper than a run of the mill cut (like I would liken it to cutting ones finget with a cooking knife) and it definitely seems like it was a clean cut as well.

Is this something I should get stitched up? Or should I be fine if I just contunually flush it out and treat it at home? It's just tough because it's literally right on the border of needing stitches and not needing stitches. And I certainly don't need to take her to an ER vet. But I also know that cant wait too long to stitch something up. I'm just in a bit of a pickle really haha

Sorry, I know to generally not ask the internet for help.

Also, we didn't have any peroxide or anything in our apartment, so I used vodka to disinfect the wound and then I wrapped it in gauze.

Is this ok? It wasn't flavored or anything, so there shouldn't have been any sugar to attract bateria. I'm assuming it's ok because she definitely felt some stinging when I applied the alcohol onto the wound.

Birthday treats with some serious limitations

Hello everyone,

In 2 weeks I've got to make some treats to hand out at my GF's daughter's school. Normally I'd have no trouble whipping something up, however...
This treat has to be made without strawberries, cinnamon, has to be vegetarian and even vegan because there's quite a few parents in the school adopting a vegan lifestyle. The strawberries and cinnamon is because of actual allergies.

What kind of treat could I whip up that's both good and meets with these requirements?

Ever had a fantasy about being a sex slave (gay)?

I have a fantasy of being a gay sex slave. Being fucked most of the time, always naked, doing housework, cooking, feeding him and probably even washing him.

I get horny when I think about it. I want to do it for like a few weeks or a month. I'm 18 so that would be great!

Is that dangerous? That can be really hot, especially if the guy is like around in his 30s, a gulf arab (not being racist, I have fetish on them), brown skin, overweight or a little big with some muscles.

I will do like eat his ass, eat the fatty parts of his body, suck the nipples, dick, and fuck me all the time.

That would be fantastic! Like you do that 24/7, be naked all the time, he dictate what you do, lock you, starve you, and torture you (psychologically, physically and sexually). Of course not in a bloody way or to the point of killing you. He just want you to be alive and just serve.

Pork loin sawdust - please help

I'm working toward a failsafe recipe for char siu based on pork loin. I started with google and found http://ift.tt/2lo3v1W

I have made it twice and find that it works well (with the addition of 1 tablespoon 5 spice powder to the marinade).

It called for cooking the pork at 57 Celsius (135 F) for 24 hours. However, the author uses pork neck. I tried with pork loin and it was almost perfect. The ends were amazing, but the center bits had a slight sawdusty consistency.

Any suggestions on correction? Less time or less heat?

Thanks in advance, reddit.

French tops vs gas ranges...

Am I the only one that prefers using a six burner gas range as opposed to a French top? It's great when you need something ridiculously hot... (leave a stack of saute pans on it, and grab from the bottom) but feels so crowded compared to just using a regular range when working saute station. We also have a Planche which I hardly ever use. The only time I've found it better is for a quick sear or for cooking omelets. You can bang out an omelet on the fucker in like 45 seconds.

Penne With Vodka Sauce

Ingredients

Kosher salt

12 ounces whole-wheat penne

1 28-ounce can whole plum tomatoes

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

2 shallots, minced

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/2 cup vodka

2/3 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese, plus more for topping

Handful of fresh basil leaves, torn, plus more for topping

Directions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne and cook as the label directs. Reserve 1/2 cup cooking water, then drain the pasta. Empty the tomatoes into a bowl and crush with your hands.

Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shallots and cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly softened, about 3 minutes. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook, stirring, 30 seconds. Remove from the heat and stir in the vodka, tomatoes and salt to taste. Return the skillet to medium heat and simmer, stirring often, until the alcohol cooks off, about 7 minutes. Stir in the heavy cream and cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3 minutes. Stir in the parmesan and basil.

Add the pasta to the sauce and toss to combine, adding some of the reserved cooking water to loosen, if needed. Season with salt. Serve topped with more parmesan and basil.

27 [m4f] South Orlando/Kissimmee - I'm a wishful thinker with the worst intentions

Hey there. Thank you for reading my post. I have posted a few times looking for a FWB with really no luck. I thought I would try again fingers crossed. I am a married 27 year old. I am in an open marriage. I am really looking for a true friends with benefits relationship. I do want to be friends and possibly more. The friendship part is important to me. I am on the nerdy side, I read comic books and watch all the comic related shows/movies. I enjoy going out bowling, mini golfing, concerts and drinking. I really like going to Player One and just checked out Joy Sticks the other day. I do play a limited amount of video games. I also enjoy music (metal, indie and some hip hop), puzzle solving and cooking. I do get asked a lot about my height (5'4) and penos size (5.5 inches), I guess those really count. I am open to all races and body types. I would prefer someone 18 to 30 but it isn't a deal breaker if you are older. I am not into the sub/dom lifestyle and I like to keep kinks in the bedroom.

I think that is all. If you want to get to know me more or have questions let me know. I hope to hear from you.

How to get started with food curing?

In the egg yolk thread I saw someone post about curing egg yolks and that got me thinking about other curing possibilities. Unfortunately, "food curing" and various other search engine friendly terms bring up more home remedies for illnesses than ways to add salt to stuff to make it taste different and last longer.

What are some good food curing resources? Some stuff I am particularly looking for:

  • Concept, theory, guidelines etc rather than explicit recipes
  • But also, totally recipes
  • How to not get food poisoning
  • Curing stuff that is not meat
  • But also, fish is great
  • But also, other kinds of meat are great, I just live in an area where produce is super cheap and I mostly eat vegetables already, oh dear god carrots will be the delicious death of me
  • Stuff that considers space and equipment needs is great
  • Also, apparently curing is a term that technically includes wet curing aka pickling, which isn't what I am thinking of, I mean the thing where you pack stuff in salt. But also I love pickles and if you happen to include pickling info with non-wet curing info I will not be sad or angry

List of ingredients for a college student lunch which doesn't need to be refrigerated

Here's my scenario:

I'm a college student, and most school days I'm running around campus with very little spare time on my hands. I don't usually bring a lunch to school, but I'd like to start. I'm tired of eating fast food garbage.

I already have a pile of stuff to haul around campus, (engineering student - textbooks, lab equipment, the kitchen sink, you name it) so I'd like to keep things to a minimum. I really don't want to have to cram an ice pack somewhere in my bag or carry another one just for my lunch. So refrigeration won't be an option, ideally. If I have to carry an ice pack so be it, but I'd like to avoid it.

There are microwaves on campus but I avoid them at all costs. The lines are usually long and I don't have much time to spare. So cooking food at school is not an option.

Lastly, I like to eat a lot. I get hungry easily and just need a lot fuel to burn. I'm not unhealthy, I just like to eat a lot of healthy foods, (I'm sure my diet is lacking relative to the common /r/nutrition user but anyways), and some of my school days are 8-9 hours of consecutive classes. This means I'm going to need to bring a lot of food, hence the no ice packs, just to get that little bit more food in.

I've already searched /r/nutrition for similar posts, which brought me to these two posts (Link 1, Link 2). In them, some recommend foods like fruits, nuts, and sardines, but I don't think a diet of fruits and nuts will be enough to keep me going, and I enjoy having friends so I don't want to death breath them everyday with canned fish breath.

My ideas for foods that fit what I'd like to do have been: A) Rice and B) greens (Kale, Spinach, Bell Peppers, microgreens maybe), but I'm stumped with a protein portion. I'm entirely new to nutrition on the levels that it's looked at in /r/nutrition, and I'm not really sure how to make it a well-rounded meal.

I don't mind making the meal the night before and tossing it in the fridge over night. Just that I can carry it around without the need for constant refrigeration or having to cook before eating.

I'm thinking this Tupperware container should fit my needs. It holds 2.12L, or 9 cups, or 72 oz if any of that is relevant. As for cost I'm not very concerned, a foot long sub at subway is roughly $8 each, so as long as it's cheaper than that (per meal) I'm happy. It also doesn't actually have to be a "recipe meal", it can just be a combination of ingredients that fit the bill. I'm not a picky eater and at this point, no longer care what it tastes like.

In Conclusion

Nutrition noob who needs recommendations for a lunch that doesn't need to be refrigerated for storage or cooked before eating, besides in preparation, ie. cooking rice the night before or having to refrigerate the meal over night. The lunch needs to be a decently well-rounded meal that's filling, but without things like canned seafood that would be offensive in smell in a public setting. The meal should be around 9 cups of food, and cheaper than $8 a meal. Current ideas for ingredients are rice and various greens, but I'm unsure of what else would be beneficial to add. Something like this looks along the lines of what I have in mind.

Thanks!

Need more slots - couple questions about making a DYI upgrade

Hi all! I am planning to replace my main breaker box for more breaker slots. I am a big DIYer and have done a few sub panels in the past, replacing this will be pretty straight forward for me (I know you guys are pretty awesome at what you do and won't like this).

US, California home built in 1950. Photo album here; http://ift.tt/2lo7QC7

I have 100 amp service right now that was upgraded in the 80s when the previous owner added a detached garage and swimming pool. I may upgrade in the future to 200 amps but I don't need the service now like I do the slots. Planning a kitchen remodel in the next year or so, likely going with electric range and stove top from gas for induction cooking will be the biggest addition to the system in addition to adding the correct breakers for the outlets and appliances. Right now I need room to add a whole house surge protector, dedicated circuit for gas fireplace insert, circuit of canned lights, couple more to clean up some other messy stuff - but nothing to heavy right now.

Thinking of getting a 30 position 60 circuit panel.

I see two options:

1a) Install a 200 amp panel now but upgrade service from 100 amp to 200 amp at a later date (http://ift.tt/1xbQxsK). I don't want to deal with permits right now or paying to upgrade the service. I have a 100 amp main breaker outside by the meter, so in the future event that I don't upgrade or don't need to - what problems would having a 200 amp breaker here cause if I later sell the house? Technically this is a disconnect since there is a 100 amp main before this breaker. Buying a 100amp main breaker for the 200amp box will cost as much as the whole box - so what other options to make this future proof?

1b) If I do the 200 amp panel, what would it cost me to replace the #2 alu wire from the outside main breaker to the panel inside to support 200amps (see pics)? It is about 4 feet distance, and I suppose this depends on what the meter box is rated for. Risks high for inspection and permits if the panel was done before paying someone for this "hard part"?

2) Upgrade to a 100 amp panel and forget about it, "you probably don't need 200 amp service" and I avoid staying up at night knowing something is hokey. (http://ift.tt/2lnUF4e) I could always upgrade the whole thing later when the time comes.

Aside from, "this is not a DIY job - stop" what do you recommend? Missing anything? Thanks!

How will you cook and clean pots and pans during shtf?

can you put kitchenware like metal pots over fires? Also how will you clean them when water is rationed? I heard you can rub a bar of soap over pots before using them to make cleaning easier. never tried it, and idk if that applies to anything besides a mess kit. I also considered cooking my entire family's meal at the same time in one pot to reduce cleaning and also cooking in aluminum foil over coals. I also have a bunch of disposable plasticware.

I had SPAM for the first time in my life...

And I'm a little perplexed to be honest. It was pan fried sand seasonings, and it was salty like bacon (without the flavor obviously) with a faint hammy taste with the texture close to extra firm tofu. Those were my thoughts at least.

What's done with it cooking wise exactly? I know of SPAM and pineapple from Hawaii and of misubi but that's about it.

[Conflicted] Sometimes, I starve myself just to know I can.

The first time it happened was I think in high school. I was pretty depressed, and was even engaging in self harm (light cutting on my thighs). I didn't do it because I thought I was fat or anything--in fact, I knew I was really thin, wished I had tits. But in all of the chaos that is adolescence, I guess I wanted a little sliver of control over myself. So I'd stop eating for a few days at a time. But I also really like to eat, so it'd swing back pretty quickly. No one really noticed.

The next time it happened, I was just out of college, living with my ex in a house in a city that was too expensive for us. I was too proud to ask for any more money from my parents (though they would gladly have given it to me). Rent and utilities got more and more behind. Food was scarce. We even stole from the grocery sometimes, until I got caught.

Well, when your SO is a bigger person with hypoglycemia who works an arduous job, you want them to eat. And when you feel like you've lost control, you want to take it back somehow. It wasn't exactly conscious... I just wasn't eating as much, then I wasn't eating at all... going as long as I could. It's funny, after just a couple days, your appetite dissolves. Sure, you're hungry, you can feel the sides of your stomach touching... but the emptiness is somehow powerful. Like there is nothing in you that can be hurt, that can be touched, because there is nothing there at all. And to fill it would be a shame, like soiling a crystal wine glass.

My ex actually took great notice this time and forced me to eat. I'll always love him for that... even just for noticing. Even though it didn't work out between us, and we had our problems, I think we really helped each other with each of our issues in the long run.

Except right now. This time is different. I'm not really depressed, just pretty anxious most of the time, almost manic. I feel more in control than I ever have, though. I have a busy, active lifestyle. I have a job I don't hate, I exercise, I have an active, enjoyable sex life, and friends who seem to care about me. And yet today, the only thing I had to eat was a few shriveled onions from the leftover roasted veggies I reheated. I tossed the rest out after thirty minutes of toying with it. There are other things to eat in the house, things I like. But I don't want to eat. I've been eating less and less every day for a few weeks.

Even though I love food--I love cooking and growing vegetables and eating with friends--there is some allure, some intoxication in just quitting it. There's power in seeing how long I can go without what keeps me alive. There's confidence in knowing I have complete control. My body is mine and I alone say what it can and cannot do.

I'll eat again here in a day or so. I'm not worried about it. This bout will pass easily, I think. I just thought this was a part of me that I'd left behind. But I guess it'll be there in the background, always.

Weirdly, that's comforting.

I'm not a good cook, but I really want to start cooking my own steak and get good at it. Any tips or recipes to follow that come out amazing?

I like my steak medium rare to medium.

An efficient rewards system to help you reach your goals

I wanted to do a 100 days of productivity without failure. I tried many times and I repeatedly failed. I read online multiple times that a rewards system is what reinforces the positive behaviors.

But I was always conflicted over what I would use for rewards. I love doing shit on my phone, browsing Reddit, wasting time on the internet.. typical horrible habits. But "rewarding" myself with internet time would lead to hours of wasted time since I could never pull myself away from the screen once I started.

So I decided to implement a different type of rewards system. And it started with a small cup of hot chcoolate.

I am Canadian and obviously a huge Tim Hortons fan. I don't drink coffee but I love their hot chocolate. Right now, Tim Hortons is doing a "roll up the rim to win" contest and this is what inspired my rewards system.

The way Tim Hortons structures their "wins" requires the multiple purchases of coffee/tea etc to see if you won something. Sometimes you don't win and the feeling is meh, but the anticipation is what motivates us to play over and over again. It's a way Tim Hortons tricks their consumers to purchase more.

So basically what I did was grabbed a shoe box, and cut up a piece of paper into strips. I got 30 strips in total. One 1 strip I would write something really big. Like get a new designer purse, and then on 5 strips I would write other rewards like, treating myself to a manicure or a hair treatment at the salon, a massage, etc. and on the remaining slips I would write something encouraging but essentially it said "try again."

I made sure the 1 slip was something I really wanted. A designer purse isn't something I can purchase on the regular but the thrill of knowing that one day I could pull that out of the box motivated the shit out of me to do my to-do list. And even if I "lost" it made me happy knowing that even though I didn't get a winning slip, I still did everything I wanted to accomplish in the day.

I wouldn't treat myself to a slip of paper after every single positive thing I did, but rather at the end of the day.

For example (to illustrate my method):

My list for the day consists of cooking, cleaning, waking up at 6am, flossing, exercising, studying, homework, etc.

If I complete everything, I'm allowed to take a slip of paper out of the box to see if I won something.

It took me 27 days of being on maximize overdrive to win my first big reward (which was going to the spa for a day).

And these rewards are "expensive" but I don't feel guilty rewarding myself with them because I earned it. It's a guilt free method of making myself feel like the hard work I've had to do for an x amount of days is the reason why I got this major treat.

As for the 5 small rewards something like, go to the movies/arcade, eat a Twix bar, etc. work as well.

I hope this helps someone here!

PART 8: Cliff Notes, "Braverman Haiti and Me, Who Killed Monica Petersen?"

The vise of Justice is ever-tightening. Give her up or more people will keep going down with her ship. Is she worth it?

George Webb has a great series where he's figured out what's actually going on. This is part 8 of "cliff notes" on George Webb's video series. This is my attempt to drink from the firehose of George Webb's material by taking notes on it.

Here are previous versions:

  • [Day 91 pt1]
    • A lot of the swamp creatures are still there and so the story continues
    • Google "drain the swamp" and "george webb" and you'll get this video
    • How do we get at the 650k emails to drain the swamp, because if you get them, it drains the swamp.
    • People in Haiti upset that they only got 2% of donations
    • George does a big recap using the new Trello board
    • He has it sorted by:
    • Braverman slides
    • DynCorp Haiti
    • DynCorp Syria
    • Dyncorp Inportant Persons
    • DynCorp CFR CCC Petrofac
    • Books About Private Contractors -- Human Trafficking
    • Dyncorp - US - FBI -- JTTF
    • George proposes that Syrian child trafficking is taking them into Turkish [Northern] Cyprus, Nicosea and Island of Malta
    • The coordinated efforts are planned within one room, the CFR
    • If you know about the oil, where it's mined, where the pipelines are going to be, you can predict where the sex trafficking going to be, where the organ harvesting is going to be, that DynCorp is going to do it, and even predict financial events (the example of Genie Energy in Golan Heights).
    • Heavily sourced "Holistic analysis", connecting it to the pizzagate and the content of Podesta emails
    • It seems like they are shopping organs and trying to sell them for campaign contributions
    • Brownstone operations--CIA agents are given a starter kit with ten thousand and instructions on how to blackmail your way into the government to take it over.
    • Divide the country, create a buffer zone with the UN and that bufferzone is the sex trafficked area.

  • [Day 91 pt2]
    • "It's all one thing" -- cookie cutter
    • Not just a Hillary thing, it's a drain the swamp thing
    • "It's about control"
    • Althought Irving, Tx is where Dyncorp is based, it's really about this spy school in Denver (University of Denver Korbell School International) -- training people to take control of the police force by pedo blackmail, UN foreign peacekeeper for example, normalize prostitution and ease the corrupted police towards committing statutory rape and child sex trafficking (conflate prostitution with child sex trafficking)
    • This child trafficking corruption is used to blackmail and extort other high-level police, local politicians, and then the high level government officials
    • "They don't wakeup one day and say "oh I want to be a child sex trafficker"" -- get the UN peacekeepers used to getting a new girlfriend every week, rape them for a while, selling the girl
    • You will get the local population infuriated, they will protest, be put in jail and they will become the organ donors
    • I don't think it's organ harvesting yet in the US, but this JTTF is really a task force against state and local agencies, that if you don't get onboard with this, the JTTF will intimidate you
    • They extort the chief of police, then the mayor and then they have control over the police force and it expands out
    • We need to get the 650,000 Huma emails and drain the swamp because we're going in a bad direction
    • I showed yesterday how it looks like they are shopping organs
    • "It looks like a cabal of people who are interested in living forever...do you need a kidney, a heart..."
    • Similar thing happened with this "Happy Hearts" in Thailand after the 2004 Tsunami. The same group of folks Sean Penn and Petra Nemcova[] toasts themselves and drinks, but only 2% of 3% of the money has come through to the relief group.
    • George mentions these groups' weird cake art where they are cutting out the organs from the Podesta emails "Spirit cooking"
    • "Podesta "Pam" email talks about collecting for heart and kidney transplant from Pam Fleischaker "Rape Pillage Plunder""
    • George talks about his support for Rockefellers because of their meritorious donations and programmes whose fruits he's seen for himself
    • Monica Petersen redux
    • "Where we aren't doing this Sean penn thing with the champaign, we're actually exploiting..."
    • All the spending is in the north [of Haiti]. This is all going to be an annex of Dominican Republic, and here's your UN peacekeeping zone (((points to the middle, in green))), this is where you have your sex trafficking and organ harvesting. And down here in the swelter is going to be (((organ))) mined for political protesters, and exploited for microsharking.
    • If you want to join the effort send him a trello invite
    • 0.6% of Haiti quake funding went to actual Haitian organizations
    • Mirobalais is going to be the funnel point for protesting and their wives will end up with Nepalese UN peacekeepers and they will end up in a bodybag without a heart
    • I show the repeating pattern--the same thing happened in the Congo and Sudan. It's not mechanized labor, it's foot labor. Hand to hand to get heavy rocks and carrying those on a backpack for miles. }

  • [Day 91 pt3]
    • George incorrectly refers to this as Day 98 part 3. Published jan 22, 2017
    • Focus on CIA tactics that came into the FBI via JTTF, it's D&D -- diffuse and disrupt. I've been focused on the disrupt (psyops) methods. I want to talk about the subtle methods.
    • Diffusion really is separate the person's boss from the employee and get them (((employee))) to start reporting back to you. The decisions are made by the handler or the headquarters. Insert someone into the org and get them to feed information.
    • Open Society Foundations -- must be 100 of them or more. Doctors without Borders for example. Just to be clear, it's a lot of great doctors giving their whole life and could be making a lot more money. But what they do is take a few doctors or even an orderly working the late shift, you get them to start giving information back to you. This is a long slow process. They don't want to be detected so they move slowly. Hospital lists of employees and patients. The goal is to find out who can be targetted.
    • Famous example is the dumptruck that hits a car and everyone is near death. A couple ambulances come and one goes one way, the other goes the other, 30 mi away. Saying it doesn't have enough beds or something. And the misdirected one has the patient that has the donor heart.
    • George discusses operatives planted into different industries as subverts / provocateurs
    • The potential pedo blackmail leverage concerns only a few key votes from the Senate Arms committee needed for passing the NDAA (national defense authorization act), or defense contract or some other civilian-rights-destroying bill that enriches the security state
    • Torture is mainly used for networks, like a pyramid scheme, with 2 operatives and a handler. Cells of 3. That way in case someone gets a conscience, the 3 superior positions can shut them down, suppress, silence them; crush them. If you talk to the press you're going to end up in an accident. If you talk you immediately die.
    • They got Al Capone on tax evasion; }
    • There are conspiracy theories about torture that it superoxygenates the blood and then they take a transfusion...I don't see any scientific support or evidence for this
    • There is some evidence that women who were being tortured and men were in the room getting off on it; so there is some macabe justification. There's always a "We / They" narrative to justify the torture. It's called the "revenge motive" -- they implant this in their head and then they are able to do all these things.
    • If you say for example her father wanted to punch out your son at wal mart, then you can justify drugging her and raping her or bugging her dad.
    • This is right out of the CIA manual
    • The head of the CIA Allen Dulles was fascinated by this. He had a macabe fascination with torture. He would watch flies under a microphone glass and pull the wings off to watch the dialation of the eyes. Getting dark movies sponsored
    • Sleeping Beauty was supposedly a CIA-sponsored film. The idea of drugging a women that she would somehow find you as prince charming when you had sex with her when she was sleeping and it would bring her alive and bring her awake. That whole meme they tried. It ruined full screen animation for 30 yrs. A little CIA folklore.
    • George explains misdirection, the big move to cover the little move

  • [Day 91 pt4]
    • When you first try to take over the country, you compartmentalize concerns and people in charge of these concerns
    • All I need is one person on a cruise ship to bring people in for sex-cations (sex vacations)
    • Talks about a guy with a tophat, who becomes the guy to talk to for sexcations
    • You go to an orderly and ask them about anyone on the edge of death, we'll give you 100 dollars to bring them to me; they put a pill over their mouth and they expire on the way to the hospital. Dead patient arrives, they harvest the organ, put on ice and helicopter to remote Mirabalais
    • If you compartmentalize this right, you don't need many people and you don't need to pay them a lot.
    • This has been done for thousands of years: put the men in the mines, sell the women and children into slavery; keep the most attractive as sex slaves
    • People say "this vast conspiracy" can't happen, but I just showed it was a four low-level employees
    • Say you have a fund for Haiti after an earthquake and call it the clintonbush fund , you run that money through a company like Shorebank, you move it in at the beginning of the day and move it out to several other banks, zeroing it out. Fill it up with something believable, then wipe it out by the end of every day. So when you see a summary log it looks like nothing is happening, 100M today 102M the next day 103M the next day, etc, but every day each of those is being moved out. By the time the board members look at the fund, all the money has been processed. No one looks at the daily transactions.
    • You could have a thousand good police officers, you only need one. You can find plenty of people in the police force in Haiti that are willing to take bribes. They don't know what's going on and don't care if you pay them enough
    • If I wanted to run a radio station to run the revolution in Tunisia, I send a million dollars through the World Bank for a communications grant. The World Bank is basically a funnel to launder money, no one is asking where this is coming from. "It's clean" No one is going to question the legitimacy of it, because of the notoriety of the bank.

  • [Day 92 -- Braverman Haiti and Me pt1]
    • Any time a general is the head of a drug company looking for vaccines, you have to wonder...
    • You're going to see the Duke Medical School being involved here
    • When "the loan is on the phone" that's a place to look for kidney / organ harvesting
    • Organ cruises. People going down to get new kidneys and hearts
    • And flying organs back to Duke
    • I have proof, there are bodies in Syria and Libya of bodies with the hearts cut out; and it turns out to be true in Haiti. I will prove that
    • 650,000 emails, there are 19 email accounts including Hillary's. QPQ, evidence destruction, etc.
    • 811 Referral, from the 1995 Intelligence Act--to improve communications between intelligence agencies--is the 911 for the IC; specifically when classified information is being sent to a foreign power.
    • McCullough is the ICIG intelligence community inspector general. He sends the FBI in July of 2015, an 811 referral, which says in the 300 documents that FBI released last week, that 3 governments have hacked this classified information. I think it's going to be all the 650k emails on Anthony Weiner's server. 1 friendly Israel and 2 hostile China and Russia
    • Here is Judge Napolitano saying the same thing on Lou Dobbs' show a week ago.
    • I believe--through other documents I've received--the whole sex thing is fake, like Petraues--it's a diversion. Peole say that's not true, couldn't be true. The connection is Ehud Barak.
    • Ehud Barak is the foreign minister of Israel (George says he's Mossad). Information is going to Barak
    • Barak is cutting out parts they want to hide from Saudi, reselling that massaged info to the Saudis and they cut out what they don't want to pass on, and reselling their massaged dataset to Qatar
    • Preet Bhahara you can choose to investigate it or not investigate it. It's going to be proven here whether you like it or not. <<laughs>> Boyce quote recap
    • We can also place Barak at Epstein's island
    • Bob Maxwell is a superspy for Mossad. He did all the NATO Brownstones. His daughter, Ghislaine, worked for Epstein to get the young girls to Epstein's island. She went to Hillary's wedding and so forth.
    • Bow Maxwell, Marc Rich, Ken Lay, Joe Paterno, all these guys who ran Brownstones are supposedly dead, but I think they're all in Tel Aviv, that's my opinion. I'm not going to try to prove that.
    • All the kids that settled can reopen their cases because the government did not disclose that they were involved in these cases. They are also a defendant if they were involved.
    • When you put Barak at Little St. James island, now Pareet BHAHARA HAS TO GET ALL the cellphone records of EVERYBODY that was in Jeff Epstein's little black book (((it's a matter of national security)))
    • This is our national secrets going to Israel, Russia and China
    • The 19 email accounts is the 811 Referral. We have to release at least the metadata publicly, right now. If Trump doesn't at least know who the people were, the topics were and the dates, then he is flying blind. He could be sending agents to their deaths.
    • Not releasing at least the metadata. And showing them in secret and not publicly is worse yet because now we think Trump is making side-deals and back deals for his own benefit. This just gets worse if you don't publish the metadata right now.
    • We know the people with immunity ((on the 19 list)) won't be honest with us
    • For instance if Jack Lew is doing secret treasury slush to fund black ops in Haiti and different countries, we need to know that because we need to stop it.
    • I'm ready now to name the NGO that I feel--after looking at the other NGOs--is running the paramilitary organ harvesting under the guise of triage operations: it is Team Rubicon, and I'll name the doctor tomorrow
    • I don't want to impune the whole team. It's a subset of the team. They come in at night and do the cleanup.
    • If you get the heart on ice, you have about 6 hours, an hour otherwise 'the golden hour'; people can check my timing. Kidneys you may have up 24 days.
    • I'm not making these comments because I dreamt it up. I'm seeing a video of Dyncorp and White Helmets and can view their activity, correlate it with news articles, people, places, all known.
    • Peter Kadzik is involved on the PAM email thread with Fleischaker
    • I believe it is Team Rubicon. You can sue me if you like but you're making a big mistake
    • I believe most of the cholera deaths are actually toxicity deaths from drug trials; the heart doesn't filter so it's ok even with that death; that UNICEF is going to be doing the patient populations
    • Bill Swing is going to be moving folks across the Domincan Republic this land and partition Haiti just like it was done in Congo and Sudan. This is what is being done with gold mining in Haiti, and that Lukas Lundin is running the operation with Frank Guistra.
    • Claude D'Estree changed the name of his trafficking center from Cord to Chore
    • CIA has these funny "WINK" play on word names like DynCorp is Dying Corp }
    • Pug Winokur and his involvement with Enron and that why I think Ken Lay is still alive

  • [Day 92 -- Braverman Haiti and Me pt2 -- Who Killed Monica Petersen?]
    • Military versus Civilian objectives
    • Soviet union used PNEs 715 times
    • You can look at the 2004 tsunami in Thailand, 2010 earthquake in Haiti; India, Pakistan (gov's admit to) draw your own conclusions
    • You can ram a barge into levees and create a flood in say New Orleans--there are many ways to create a natural disaster
    • Going to explore Team Rubicon--a play on words--Kissinger's Red Team - is a marine sniper team on the ground in Haiti 3 days after the earthquake
    • Peter Thiel -- from Palantir
    • David Petraeus
    • Jake Wood
    • William McNulty
    • George believes that in those emails between Petraeus and Hillary it's going to contain Team Rubicon activity; and that it starts in 2010
    • This is Petraeus's movie squad, using attractive, square-jawed marines to make movies for the Senate Arms Committee
    • McNulty worked for DIA and was more of an intelligence guy
    • They would be helping Haitians during the day but then would run covert ops at night
    • Petraeus specialized in extractions using incapacitating gas, to go in and 'get the sleeping beauty'
    • Porton Down tested how much Sarin gas could be used before it would kill someone.
    • Semi-classified they sprayed a coastal English town with Sarin over a period of time, can't remember the name of it.
    • Eliminate political opposition
    • Petraeus changed counterinsurgency where no one is killed -- by building a FOAF network, metadata, by bodysnatching someone, torturing them for info on who they know, wash rinse repeat
    • }
    • You don't send a crack sniper team 3 days after the earthquake ad hoc
    • Palantir is used to find the opposition leaders to Haiti to kill or kidnap the friendly soldiers, special forces people who question things
    • Palantir has software for building social networks, they do what I try to do with this series. They bring in facebook, twitter, etc...it's part of the TIA total information awareness program, deploy mini satellites that sit close to the ground and scan the deployed quantum dots (chemtrails) and they attach to cars and to people. If someone had both the red and the green show up, then they were at different places.
    • Lots of Volunteers for Team Rubicon in Haiti but the core is a crack team. Dyncorp is going to be more the police force. The Rubicon is going to get everybody in the first couple of months. Rubicon is going to be more like the marines; Dyncorp the army. Says his dad was in Georgia with the army, and the marines were off to the side, so they got "the experience that marines get when they land" (ie: shot up to hell)
    • Israeli adversarial overkill strategy: you don't just kill them, you take their organs, sell/rape their kids and wives. That mentality is no longer needed. You are safe. It ends in blowback. Go to the Geneva convention, that's why they wrote it.
    • Caesar crossed the Rubicon, that's what the moniker is about.
    • George discusses military helicopter heart dispersal in the US
    • This is why these military people commit suicide years later. They remember the faces of kids and women. You end up getting PTSD because you have to follow this pattern by your commander, and you're compartmentalized so you don't know what you're doing, but then you find out what you unwittingly participated withini years later--organ harvesting and child sex trafficking for oiligarchs. People have flashbacks with hollywood movies when they see similar faces.
    • All three of these nations can selectively release certain emails as Donald Trump starts saying certain things, they can release an email, 'pardon me hillary here is a tidbit about the yemeni child trafficking we did for you / you did'; }
    • Where Netinyahu is coming from on this, is that Obama and Hillary--mainly Hillary--gave 8B of USAID to buy a homeland for the muslim brotherhood right next to Israel in the Sinai pensula, and he pushes back "this is not security for Israel". That goes back to the 30 yr friendship that Hillary has with the Egyptians.
    • George discusses the psychohistorical aspects of Israeli-Arab organ eating
    • George discusses the Prism system that comes from Palantir system; the quantum dot tracking Palantir system is the nextgen PRISM from Snowden revelations.
    • Who becomes the enemies? Terrorists, families, friends, journalists, then you can track all your criminal assets are...it gives them this sense of power, the eye of sauron/god, but there is no moral compass.
    • This system needs sunshine first--like the church committee hearings--then it needs a moral compass.

  • [Day 92 pt3]
    • Oil and Arms go together because they serve a dual purpose; how international groups decide who can explode PNEs for oil exploration (western powers) and who can't (India / Pakistan)
    • DynCorp is really oil/gas and mining police
    • NSA Synapse model, a mindmap of who they know and what they are doing ,foaf and foafoaf
    • Topple with Osprey, then Team Rubicon, then Dyncorp
    • Based on the quantum dots, they can build a disposition matrix, same as for the drone program--you can see the drone footage as input to Palantir
    • Going to send dad to the mine, the woman to the sex shop, the kid to Colombia; if he starts acting up at the mine we take his heart to Duke medical
    • You just kill the journalists, because they tell the truth and they don't have a network
    • The quantum dots are being deployed closer to home
    • Denver / Norad is where they will be tracking everybody via quantum dots
    • I shouldn't have said Team Rubicon is doing the organ harvesting; I think I conflated the two when I started talking about Dyncorp and Syria, so I apologize for that. Rubicon is the mop up squad
    • The marketing side of the heart business is John Podesta and he's a big salesman and he's going to say, "hey have you ever thought about eternal life" (((points to body heart cake)))
    • There is a [medical] doctor in NY that shares the name Eric Braverman with Eric Braverman, and he's a very good friend of David Petraeus, he will also be a salesman of organs
    • Prince Andrew was also on Epstein's island; and the Dutchess of York was a stringer for Jeffrey's kids, and you're going to find her with Eric-Braverman-the-doctor talking about new organ living

19/M/Korea->US

I'd like to build a friendship where we can tell each other anything and be supportive but also guide on another, a friendship that is meaningful and lasts.

I'm 19yo and currently live in Korea. I was born here but before I even turned 1, we moved to the US. I spent 2-3years in Michigan and 10years in Boston. In 2011, I moved to Korea which was a big change in my life.

I plan to move back to the US this summer as I start college this fall:) I'm still undecided which school I will go too.

I can't say I don't have friends, but the friends, I cant really see myself opening up to them and sharing my feelings comfortably. I'm pretty sensitive and emotional so I really would like someone to share that with. I have a boyfriend but it's really long distance which isn't always good.

My interests/hobbies are photography, painting, drawing, making things, tech, design, music(pop, indie, soft rock, older music), movies, netflix, cooking, spanish, and I like to learn about new things so even if we don't have things in common I'm sure we'll get along.

I plan to study architecture in college. The reason I moved to the US was because my dad wanted to study architecture there, so I guess I'm following his footsteps but for me it's not just for studies.

If anyone is interested please give me a PM, I'll be glad to have a discussion with anyone:)

Have a good day y'all

I sound like Dr. Reed from Criminal Minds and look like a fashionable lumberjack: http://ift.tt/2mIkAVl

I have a good, yet busy life. I spend my free time going to classes (cooking, woodworking, etc), volunteering, hiking, traveling, playing video games, watching movies and trolling around conventions. Also love to cook.

Things are so busy that it's hard to meet someone long enough to build a connection. I'm looking for an adventurous person to share life with. Excited to hear from you!

Drowning in Information

I'm dying over here.

Ground raw patties? Whole chunks of animal? Little of each? Bones? No bones? Bones ground into the patties? DIY raw patties? Veggies? No veggies? Rice? White rice? Brown rice?

I am finding both "yes always" and "no never" as answers to both of these questions.

I want to feed raw, and assuming I can source my proteins with some savvy, I can do it for about $500 per year. Even $1000/year seems perfectly reasonable to me. Am i out to lunch with regards to cost?

I'd rather make my own than buy premade patties. I have the space and I'm not squicky about handling guts.

From what I can gather, there is a shitload of misinformation out there, so I'm stalled.

My ideal would be an appropriate portion of ground up puck meal with all the good stuff a dog needs using a large variety of proteins and organs in appropriate ratios as the staple in my dog's diet. I would also add the veggie bits I might normally throw away like celery tops and old carrots and a small portion of leftover starches from cooking for my family like rice, potato, yam. In addition to that, I would include meaty bones like chicken wings and snipped apart chicken backs a couple of times a week. I often purchase whole chickens and cut off the backs before portioning for my family. I normally save them for soup, but I guess the dog can have them.

Assuming a medium sized dog, do I need to add more bone? As in grind up whole chickens bones and all and add that to the puck mix? Or are wings and backs a couple of times a week ok?

For those of you that DIY, do you make frozen pucks, or do you portion out and freeze your meat and organs as you get them at a bargain? Do I need a grinder? Can a KitchenAid grinder handle a bone in chicken?

Holy, wall of text, right??

Thanks in advance

Question about a recipe that calls for bone marrow

So I'm planning on attempting a Milanese risotto this weekend because I was given a bunch of saffron and figure why not. The recipe calls for "40 g (1 1/2 oz) Beef bone marrow".

I've never seen just marrow sold in supermarkets near me, but they all almost always have bones filled with marrow. Would I be able to just 'dig' the raw marrow out of the bones to use in this recipe?

♪ ♫ "Yeah ... here comes the Rooster ..." ♪ ♫

So I'm not one to drop $40 on a cigar regularly, but I DO like to support the XOTM cigars, and the AOTM contests, as I feel it makes me part of the community and supports its activities.

When Small Batch made these available in a sampler for $63 (still available) for what I calculated was $76 worth of cigars (17% off, according to my calculations) and then allowed an additional 10% off (now down to 25% off, according to my calculations) that lowered the net cost to about $30, I went ahead and got that sampler.

One guy posted that these were still kind of "young", and advised waiting a bit. So I waited until the last day of the month, to still get it in as part of the UOTM participation.

I love perfectos, especially lighting the little feet, and watching the burn spread to the entire diameter of the body. The Fuente Hemingway line are among my favorites, especially the Signature vitola, mostly because of their great taste, but also because of the "fun" of lighting the perfecto foot and watching the aforementioned burn take shape.

Pre-light aroma smelled like chocolate, which surprised me because this didn't have a Maduro or other dark brown wrapper, which is usually when I get that chocolate aroma.

I cut the cap with a double-bladed guillotine, and lit the little foot, and watched the burn spread to the diameter of the body. So far, so good.

First third was a nice sweet flavor, which again surprised me, as i wasn't expecting it to be so sweet. Again, so far so good.

Second third, this unusual menthol/eucalyptus taste emerged, which also surprised me, because in addition to the tingle on my lips and tongue, which were in contact with the cigar, I also got that menthol tingle in my pharynx and nose, which I thought was odd because I wasn't retrohaling or French inhaling, and I couldn't figure out how it was getting in my pharynx or nose, but it was.

Third third that menthol/eucalyptus sensation got even stronger, and in addition to that Hall's Cough Drop taste, it also started reminding me of Pep-o-mint or Wintergreen Lifesavers, that kind of tingly sensation. But at this point, it was actually overpowering the taste of the cigar/tobacco, and actually got a little annoying.

At that point, I started wondering if what I was perceiving as menthol/eucalyptus was actually ammonia, as other reviewers have posted that these are a little young to be smoked right now, and I became convinced that it was ammonia.

I nubbed it, because dammit I had paid for it, but I knew going in that 6.75" was a little larger than what I'm smoking these days, and even though the flavor was in the medium range, this cigar had quite a nicotine punch to it, and I started feeling a little woozy.

I had unadvisedly smoked it before dinner, as I wanted to get it in, or at least start it, before the sun went down, and I lost the 73-degree day that I had to work through during the day. I got up after finishing it, definitely nicotine sick.

I made a bowl of spaghetti for dinner, and snacked on some Starburst and Skittles while my dinner was cooking, and drank some Arizona Arnold Palmer (iced tea/lemonade combination) which helped with the nicotine sickness.

I have a problem with Davidoff's pricing in general, and don't smoke that many of them because of what I feel is over-pricing because of the Davidoff name. The Millennium Blend that I've smoked in the past were gifted to me one Christmas, and I wouldn't have paid for them ($80 for four) and only had/smoked them because they were a gift. I DID splurge on one Yamasa (which I haven't smoked yet), because I had a gift card to Cigar.com, and thought I'd smoke one on their dollar. I like Davidoff's "budget" stick, the Griffin's, because they're good and reasonably priced, and I also smoke some of their Zino lines, the Platinum and the Z-Class, which I also think are overpriced at around $15 each, but I had gotten a fiver of each for $20 in a deal, and at $4 each, they're great cigars. I think I would have been disappointed in them as well if I had paid $15 for them. I also like Camacho, Room 101, and Avo cigars, which are made under the Davidoff umbrella, but I think of them as their own completely different lines.

So, summary: I would have liked this cigar in a smaller vitola, 5" or at most 6", but at 6.75" it was a bit much for me. I also think they're overpriced, as they'd be a decent cigar at $10-$12, but I couldn't see paying $40 (or even $30 with the Small Batch discounts) for another. I'm glad I was able to get a single in a sampler, and didn't drop three-bills on a box like some guys did.

Krdshrk, please don't be offended or take it personally that the most expensive cigar I ever bought wasn't the best cigar that I've ever smoked; I'm glad you made it one of the cigars of the month, to prompt me to try it, and now I've tried one. Same with the Villa Sombra, which I enjoyed more and will buy and smoke again. In fact, before I'd spend $40 on another YotR, I'd buy four Villa Sombras with the same money, and enjoy each one of them.

To those of you who have bought them, I'd heed the advice I was given and let them rest for a good long while, in cast that menthol/eucalyptus flavor I was getting - and which overwhelmed the cigar - WAS ammonia.

I need help with Vegan Bulking meals.

I'm not necessarily A vegan, but over the last 3 months I have tried as hard as I can to stick to a strict whole food, plant based diet while bulking. It's actually going really well so far, and I have cooked some delicious calorie dense meals, mostly with the help of Lighter. The question I bring to you all today though is: Do you have any of your own recipes for calorie dense meals that can be made quickly. For all the great meals I make, I spend 1-1.5 hours preparing and cooking, and sometimes I'd just like a quicker, but equally nutritious meal.

For reference: I'm consuming 3700 cals/day 210 G protein/ 180 G fat, and 450 Carbs.

Weed makes me feel exceptional. A brief story about my life with weed. [8]

Weed makes me feel exceptional.

Sometimes I feel like cooking. Sometimes I feel like going on adventures with my dog, Bojangles. Sometimes I feel like having a bunch of friends over and have a good time. Or somedays I just watch tv shows and play videogames. Most of the times I just reminisce about all people that are dear to me.

I only tried weed in college. No one from my close group of friends smoked weed regularly, or at all, so I only smoked a few times during my first years of college.

In January 2014 I smoked with this girl I met in December and I can swear I hit a [11]. After that, a roomate moved in who smoked loads so I smarting smoking more regularly.

In 2015, I started buying from a friend of mine who sold, and was smoking once a month. When I started working a new job in September 2016, which paid much more than my previous one, I bumped up my use to once a week. In December, I got given a sort of 'promotion'. I had been doing a good job, and they wanted someone new to try and lead a new project.

Work has been rough lately. It's a lot of pressure to try and deliver things in time, with a very short deadline. This is something new we're doing, and there are always a lot of unexpected setbacks so we're a bit behind in schedule. I tend to stress a lot about things I really get into, so I have been feeling a bit under the weather. Since January I've been smoking almost every couple of days.

During the week, I never put my girlfriend to sleep like I used to (she loves league of legends, and always watches about half a game before falling asleep) because I'm probably in the living room smoking. On weekends, I don't wanna go out with my friends and prefer to just smoke. I used to be the sporty of the group, eating healthy, and now that they all picked up on it, go play football together, go to the gym, I just don't feel like doing anything but smoke.

It's not that weed solves any problems but, it sort of them keeps them away. I stopped doing weed because I enjoyed it, and was doing it by sort of need edit: and sort of pushing everyone away because of it.

This past weekend I decided it was time to stop. Took dog on huge walks on Sunday. Yesterday I got good news from work. Today I talked to all my friends and made plans. I'm going to practice with my old rugby team tomorrow and football on thursday. Friend that lives in a different city is coming here on friday and I'm going to visit some other friends in April.

So goodbye weed. See you on the last weekend of March. I'll be sure to have people over to play videogames, and go to parks and beaches with my dog. I'll also try to go eat food at some different places with my SO and generally, make it an amazing weekend, full of new stuff!

(..Sometimes I feel like writing a long ass post as this one. To the ones that make it this far, thank you, see you next month! Have a blast!)

tl;dr: going back to smoking weed once a month. see ya

Cooking precooked fried frozen chicken on the stove?

I bought some frozen precooked chicken and I don't have access to a microwave or oven but I do have access to a stove, and I already did this with another brand of frozen chicken but that wasn't fried, that was chicken breast strips. I bought this and it has instructions for oven and microwave, but not for stove. Can I still cook it with the stove somehow?

LTR asking me if she can go to a wild nightparty. Showed her the door. Failed the test?

Yesterday my gf 20y.o. asked me if she can go to a party with her girl_friends. And showed me a video teaser of it - half naked party sluts surrounded with drunk guys dancing to terrible music.

So i answered - ok you may go. But since now i'm starting seeing everyone i want and start partying as well. And we go into "free relationships". If you want more freedom and attention - i'm ok, the door is out there.

She was crying the whole evening and told me that she doesn't want to break up with me. She has already showed some red flags before but she is great in bed, helps me cooking, cuddles me and barely talks to other guys.

So the question is - did i show weakness acting like that or was it correct to put her at the choice - either you go slut or stay in relationships with me and act accordingly?

sorry for poor eng

TLDR: gf asks if she can partyhard. Showed her the door. Weakness or strength?

"Randy" the serial killer -- Part 3

Part 1 Part 2

Sorry for the delay, I hope not too many people worried after so long without updating. Or maybe you, like me, were hoping that these coincidences that I had manifested had become just imagined. Unfortunately that's not what happened. I'd love to get anecdotal, but I'm currently down one laptop, and typing this on a work computer; I don't have much time before I go home and just have a phone with a shattered screen.

After speaking with my mother, I decided that I didn't want any part of what Randy was cooking with. The few of those who responded to my posts suggested I call the police, but I didn't want to do that; but I also didn't want to go investigate. Hoping it would end, right?

I have the next few days from work off, and I decide I want to go out and get some food. I double check three or four times to make sure I have my keys, walk out the door, lock it behind me, immediately realize my keys are in my apartment. I call my friend D to see if he can help me out. He's a normal degenerate, and has a lock picking set, (and not for the, ya know, help a brother out kinda thing, more like the, break into your house later thing,) but I was desperate, so he came over. As we finally got the lock open, D burst into my house, and I turn and look down the stairs, who the fuck do I see?

Randy

He's staring at me, not saying a word, just like before.

"Look bro, what do you want?" I say, sounding a little more confident with D in my living room. I mean, the man may be a thief but I don't think he'd let me get abducted. Randy keeps his mouth shut, but places his hand on the railing leading up the stairs. He puts his left foot on the first stair. Then climbs a first. Then a second.

"Yo D," I say, voice trembling, peering into my kitchen, frozen now.

He trudges out, army boots clumping.

"What?" Half annoyed, half concerned. I envied how he could convey so much with one word.

Randy froze as he saw D, and vice versa. Randy slowly went back downstairs, and back into his apartment.

D and I smoke off the whole event, play a little COD, lock the doors tight. We order a pizza and watch Sausage Party. But D has to leave halfway through.

I'll be honest, I've been terrified to go downstairs to wash my clothes because I'll have to walk by Randy's room, so I decide it's finally time to do wash. I load everything in and return upstairs.

All the fire alarms outside my apartment start going off at once. I realize, suddenly, the whole inner building is filling with smoke.

I run down the first flight of stairs to Shirley, whom I first thought to be Randy's wife(not true), the lady who cleans the apartments.

"What's happening?" she cried, her dog barking in the background, "What's all this smoke? Are you oka- RUSTY! RUSTY!"

I had to break from Shirley and follow the flooding smoke to the downstairs common washers; to the washer smoking. I ran up, no one was there yet, and heard the door bang.

As I looked out the door, I could clearly see Randy, driving off in his old, beat up, piece of shit van, and I know it was him, because we made eye contact as he drove by in the other direction. Why's that important? I'll tell you.

T-W-O big ass, mother fucking fire trucks came to my apartment building! Everyone in the apartment complex was on my shit. One lady, who told me it was fine after I apologized a million times, almost took her kid with autism who needs to be hospitalized out because of me; well because of Randy.

When the fire department came and disabled the alarm, the also found that the wires in the back had been tampered with, and that they were also connected to the water heater, and other electrical equipment. No we won't have hot water until next weekend. In addition, we also might not have lights at certain times, but luckily no problems there yet. The police were questioning me about my involvement with it, but it was clear I had only overloaded the washer, creating the smoke, not tampering with the back wires, or lights. I had a friend in Shirley, who convinced the police to let me loose.

My question is, why was Randy leaving just before this all happened? Why'd he death stare me? I know why. He's framing me.

As I'm loading my soaking laundry into a basket, Shirley is standing there, and I realize she's not scary she's just a drunk. She's asking me all sorts of stupid questions and eventually mentions she's about to take a bong rip. So I head upstairs, spill my own weed and think, hey, lets buy from Shirley. I head downstairs, meet the pooch, super nice, and ask her the hardest question of all;

Is Randy a weird guy? I've seen strange things.

She stares at me deeply, and almost looks frightened, I swear to God, then said,

"I don't know what you're talking about but I think you should leave."

"Please, Shirley, I just want to know the truth." Being a journalist, I have to ask the hard hitting questions.

"I can't talk about what I've seen. I only thought about it when you brought it up. Now leave."

And her dog started barking.

When I came back, my laptop mysteriously stopped working. Go figure. My video evidence in one form, gone, but I always made sure to log out of my accounts, and to keep back ups of evidence. I just still have so many questions.

What was Shirley hiding? When is Randy coming back? Should I move the fuck out?

gtg for now almost done with work.

***EMERGENCY ALERT*** (UPDATE 3)

Update 1: http://ift.tt/2lVxcLI

Update 2: http://ift.tt/2mbzh6X

Hello everybody, welcome back to my special hell.

It's been raining a lot lately. Rain and thunder. And the wind is really howling something terrible. But as of yet I'm alright. I haven't heard anything from the cops, who, according to some users who told me cops no longer use radio channels to communicate, may be something else, like an independent organization. Like storm chasers or something, but chasing escaped mental patients instead of storms.

Anyway, me and the dogs are doing fine at this point. Nothing has really transpired since my last update. I know, I know, I really should stop going upstairs. But today, I have to. I'll be real sneaky, okay? But I need to. I only have enough food for today--I GUESS I could stretch it to tomorrow if I really rationed it, but honestly I'd prefer to get it over with now. ...Huh, the lights just flickered. I mean, sure, they've been doing it a lot lately, but that time it lasted a while. Anyway, I checked the alert on my phone again, but nothing about it was different. I recently ran upstairs to get some towels and plastic bags to deal with the dogs' defecation, but I didn't see the girl, whom I'm assuming is 013 and whom I'm just going to refer to as 013 for now. My neighbor's door was closed again, but that's the only thing that's changed.

As I'm writing, I can hear a siren. Not one I've heard before--closer to a police siren than anything else, but still a bit different. I considered going up to check it out, but you guys would kill me, right? I really hope this all ends soon. I only have, like, bread, ramen that I have no way of cooking safely, potato chips, saltines, water, and fucking salad dressings out the ass. So, if this goes on for more than two or three more days, I'll have to eat Pete or Maybelle.

I'm kidding. I'd sooner eat my own calf. By the way, I did Google my area. There was nothing in the news about it whatsoever, which was weird, seeing as our town wasn't ENTIRELY off the map. I called a few of my neighbors last night. None of them picked up. Two went straight to voicemail. I chatted with my brother. Things are no better by him.

I can't put this off any longer. I'm going upstairs to get some food. I'll take my phone with me.

I just put some food in a bag. I crawled past the window, of course. Went I went up there, the rain started coming down even harder. I could hear some of my neighbors, doors opening and closing. Some shutters shook in the distance. The shutters of the windows in my living room are open. I guess 013 could see in if she wanted to, but no way in hell am I fixing that shit right now.

Okay, I'm back downstairs. I'm going to try and contact the "cops" again.

Okay, so far I'm getting no signal.

Hmm. Okay, no luck. Hold on. I'm getting something, but it's really faint.

-"Going...check [withheld] Street..." (That's my street.) -"Okay. ...careful...ready...all times..." -"Okay...let me know how it goes...when... Over."

That's all the legible phrases I could get before I lost the signal, but now I know someone's coming down the street.

Also, you guys have told me that cops don't actually say "over" at the end of each sentence group. I have two theories, one being that they just don't know that, and the other being that they are trying to make themselves seem like cops so that if someone unauthorized finds the channel (oops) then they'll think they're just listening to police.

I don't know if these people are trustworthy, or if I should be concerned about someone coming down my street, but so far they haven't entered any houses, so even if they're paranormal Nazi spy demons, I should be good.

I don't honestly think 013 has any malicious motives--she doesn't seem to be the kind of test subject that lives in a five-star room, so she may very well be fleeing for her own safety, but I do know that she is undeniably, irrefutably dangerous.

Another thing: a lot of people seem to be picturing this girl as El from Stranger Things. However, when I said she was a "teenager," I didn't mean "13-ish years old," I meant anywhere from 16 to 20-something. And by "short hair," I didn't mean she had a buzz cut, just short hair and a choppy sort of fringe (not like an emo fringe, just unevenly cut).

So far, it doesn't seem like anything is going to happen today, but I still have some space to fill, so I'll just tell you how I've been lately or something.

What the fuck. The rwdio just turned on. Oh shit, what the fhck. Guys, it judt talked! It said:

"Open the door."

Guys, I don't know. This is getting weird as hell. It just turned on. I dont knoe if that was the cops or 013 or someone else but I'm fucking scared. We're they talking to me specifically? My dogs are staring at it now. It just said it again! It sounds so fucking calm. What the hell. Fuck.

My dogs just started barking.

Okay, guys, this is like five minutes later now. I just got my dogs to stop barking, but they're still growling. That was definitely loud enough for people to hear, maybe even through the rain and everything. I'm a bit more calm and collected now, but I'm holding a big ass kitchen knife just in case. This crazy ass psychic girl is gonna come in here and I'm going to fucking die, guys.

Okay, okay. It's two hours later now. She hasn't come in, so I think I may be OK. I almost broke the radio to stop her from using it, but I didn't. I might need it to stay posted on what the "cops" are doing. But now my power's out. I can only use my lantern and flashlights to light up the room now. I have to use my phone with data, and I'm not going back upstairs. Not a fucking chance. My phone probably won't last very long on just my power banks now. Guys, this might be it. I might be actually fucked this time. If I die tonight, well, my friends know my username. Some of them, at least. Guys, promise me that if you're one of the people who knows who I am, please tell my family that I love them and that I tried. I'll try to update you guys soon. Until then, assume I'm alive. Might've wishful thinking, but I don't know how this is going to end. Okay. Until I can make a full update, I'll make small ones on here. Wish me luck, guys. I'll need it.

Experience with Steam Toaster Oven vs. Fancy (Normal) Toaster Oven? (Cuisinart vs. Breville)

Our toaster oven died and we need a replacement. I'm wondering if anybody has experience with a steam toaster oven vs. a regular oven. Specifically the Cuisinart Steam Oven (any model will do since they offer similar functionality) and the Breville Smart Oven Pro (the new one with slow cook)

Both of these oven offer more than baking. However, these functions can be easily done (and maybe even a better job?) by other methods/appliances. For example with steaming, I can easily fill a Wok with water and use a steam rack (that's what we do haha). Slow cook? Crockpot. Seems weird slow-cooking in something that will take moisture away (baking).

The Cuisinart is cheaper at $229, around $260 after tax (I'm in Canada). The Breville is $299, around $333 after tax and coupons and price-matching.

If you have one of these toaster ovens, please do offer your insight!

Thank you!
