I make pizza at home pretty regularly but I've realized I'm pretty boring when it comes to my cheese. I just use some freshly grated whole milk mozzarella and that's it. The next time I make a pie I want to experiment with a different blend. I found this article that's given me some ideas but I'm not sure on proportions. What's your go to cheese blend when you want to knock people's socks off?
