Recently Employed in a Bakery

Nothing to massive just a little artisan bakery over by the wayside some folks either left or moved into pastries/cooking for the cafe so they brought me in to help with making loaves of bread for deliveries to nearby markets/restaurants. Gonna be starting in the middle of next week and whilst they will train me wanted some info on what I might be dealing with (gotta love starting at 4 am) as I have never baked bread before (only ever baked cookies and cookie muffins) . Any tips or advice or maybe stuff I could practice/research before I start preferably from people who have worked in a bakery.
