Tried something new! Bearnaise sauce! Over scallops

The sauce was great over the pan seared scallops, very creamy and beautiful. The scallops were placed on a bed of Angel hair pasta and if you didn't know, hollandaise, or bearnaise technically in this case, is much too thick for a fine pasta. Turns into play doh with the starch from the pasta haha. It sounds obvious, I know, but I just totally didn't think about it before hand! Scallops were great though so it worked out. Definitely making bearnaise again.
