Cooking a large ham for 18 hours - how to deal with evaporation?

Due to the size of the ham there is quite a lot of water displacement so not actually a whole lot of water in the container. And with the time being so long I'm worried about water levels. Especially if it runs low during the night because of the really loud annoying, constant noise it makes!

What can I do to address this?
