So, I make the kind of fudge which requires just sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips (in a double boiler). It always comes out amazing, perfect, and gets rave reviews. Well, cool, so I decided to make a LOT and give it away as Christmas presents. ...But I've never made that much at once and, well, I did not use enough chips! Heh.
So now I have several lbs of fudge that is delicious but a bit too gooey sticky to give away.
Does anyone have any good ideas what I can do with this creamy chocolatey mess?
