I can't seem to get a straight answer for this question anywhere. You guys are my last hope:
My husband's LOVES chopped salad. He would eat it every damn day. We usually buy the chopped salad kits from the grocery store. (Typically carrots, cabbage, cilantro, etc.) I want to get him a gadget that can replicate that texture. In mass quantities. Can anyone suggest the best type of food processor for this?
