I'd like to make a nice glazed ham for the holidays, but all the ones I found were either hickory-smoked or didn't specify whether they were smoked. My roommate is severely allergic to hickory, so I can't take a chance. Does anyone know of any non-hickory smoked hams - brands or styles - that I can make? Or suggest an alternative to ham altogether (my thought was pork tenderloin...but it's not quite the same).
