There are a lot of articles out there saying that pasta is bad for you and that you should avoid it completely. Is this bs or not?
How much pasta per day/week would be considered an ok amount for my health (provided that I hit my protein and fats prior to that)?
When should I weigh pasta to calculate calories? Before or after cooking it?
Apologies in advance if these are stupid questions, but I'm new to gainit and would appreciate some help!
