Ive roasted all kinds of birds throughout the years, but i cant help but every year googling something basic during the holidays when cooking at home. Its like i have a diferent mentality/knowlege in the pro kitchen, but at home, i sometimes find myself somewhat lost and stupid with cooking basic shit.
Whats something youre embarresed to admit you googled as a chef/cook?
