Sometimes I can have a nice healthy full meal or not even be hungry and I'll suddenly really crave sugar. I threw out most sugar products out except for white sugar (for mainly when guests come over to put in coffee or tea), corn syrup, and maple syrup for cooking. Corn syrup tastes revolting by its self and I don't really like maple syrup by its self either it's usually for flavouring when cooking, however I had this weird craving episode where I was craving sugar for hours so I had fruit yet it didn't help then at 2am I ended up eating like 4 table spoons of maple syrup. I couldn't believe how bad it was and I don't even like plain maple nor have ever just ate it like that.
It was the most strangest and pathetic episode I ever had. It was like I was a drug addict trying to find a hit, I couldn't even sleep until I did it.
