We all love the steaks. Some are bold enough to venture into mason jar desserts.
I was recently exposed to infusing flavors into alcohol using sous vide and was blown away, had never considered that prior to a few weeks ago.
Anyways, yall got any more of them less commonly used sous vide applications?
