Chicken breasts are coming out too moist

I know this sounds like an oxymoron, but whenever I cook chicken breasts in the oven they turn out way too moist, almost like a sponge soaked in water. I'm no fan of dry, over cooked meat, but they turn out practically soggy, even if the inside looks totally cooked. What am I doing wrong? I made a Chicken Parmesan tonight that I almost don't want to eat.
