Hey guys, I just hate abs training and leg training isnt really my thing. My usual routine looks like this: 1. alternate bicepcs curl 25x 1 set 2. upright row 14x 3 sets 3 bench dips 18x 1 set 4. pull ups 12x 1 set 5. seated shoulder press 12x 3 sets 6 alternate biceps curls 25x 1 set 7. palms up wrist curl 18x 4 reps 8. rear deltoid raise 12x 2 sets 9. bench dips 18x 1 set 10. pull ups 10x 1 set 11. lumberjack press 50x 1 set 12. alternate biceps curls 25x 1 set 14. dumbbell calf raises 25x 1 set 15. pushups 20x 1 set
Do you have any critique on my routine and maybe know how I could put abs and legs inbetween there? I'm still a student and quite busy, so I don't have much time and this routine takes about 3/4 of an hour, so I don't want to put in lots of more time. I also want to keep it fun and rewarding.
and one last question: how do I focus on nutrition if I eat with my whole family and don't really want them to change my parents cooking?
Thanks in advance!
tl;dr How do I fit legs and abs exercises in a tight schedule and how do I focus on nutrition if I don't cook myself?
