Christmas Dinner Help

Glazed Ham (1 hr):
- Ham
- Glaze
- Place ham in a shallow baking pan with a 1/2 cup of water. Glaze and tent with foil sealing edges. Package says 325F for oven, internet tells me 350F. Its a 2.62 lb ham (no bone), so bake for around 40 min.

 

Steak (15 min):
- Steak
- Marinade
- Seasoning
- Marinade steak the night before. Throw on a hot grill until cooked medium rare.

 

Mac and Cheese (75 min):
- Stouffers!
- Preheat oven to 375F. Bake for 75 min

 

Smashed Potatoes (35 min):
- Potatoes
- Salt and Pepper
- Milk
- Butter
- Peel and cut potatoes. Place in pot and boil potatoes for 20-30 minutes. Drain and place in bowl. Smash them puppies. Add milk and butter and continue to smash. Finish of with salt and pepper.

 

Collard Greens (2-3 hrs):
- Collard Greens
- Ham bits
- Chicken Stock
- Onion
- Spices
- Wash and cut greens into strips. Chop onion and carmelize in a large pot. Once tender add ham bits and brown a bit. Fill pot with chicken stock and water and bring to a simmer. Add in the greens and mix. Let simmer 2 or more hours.
