So for christmas, I'm grilling up a butterflied leg of lamb, but it's not something I've grilled before. I was looking for marinade suggestions. So far I'm torn between Mediterranean flavours; lemon, herb de provence, a bit more oregano, some garlic and chilli.
Alternatively, I was thinking a Thai curry paste, some kaffir lime leaves and maybe a bit of soy or something.
Anyway, if you have some ideas for ways to spice up my lamb leg, that'd be great! Cheers!
