Hey guys, it's in the title really. I've been cooking for myself for years now, but I've never bothered to try anything more than one course. So I'm looking to change that and I've invited a friend around for dinner on Thursday, but I'm really not sure where to start.
I thought about something like - Bread (I make my own) and Camembert, followed by crab cakes and salad with maybe some sweet chilli jam and a white wine vinegar dressing, and then a lemon tart with vanilla ice cream. I know those are things I enjoy separately, but I don't know if they work as an entire meal.
Could you suggest anything I could do differently, and share any tips you have for building meals in the future?
