As the title says, I need help making a balanced vegetarian meal plan. Like, I literally want to eat the same thing every work day. I love Korean food, if that helps, but I'd like to keep it super simple and basic, and cheap. My life is just too hectic to be spending hours cooking and worrying about if I'm eating enough of what I should everyday. I'm working on losing weight too, and I work out for an hour everyday. 5' female/200 pounds (WAS almost 275, yikes!).
