So, I bought 20 acres in West Texas. Anybody want to start a NoSurf retreat/campground?

Just throwing the idea out there. 20 acres is a lot of land.

I'm not in a rush to build on it. The first thing I'll build is a couple 4-bunk cabins. This is going to be a 5 to 10 year project for me. Just letting you guys know what I'm cooking up if you want to help out.
