A culinary riddle for the seasoned home cook. Can you solve it?

A man was told by his doctor that he could no longer eat white bread, brown or white rice, white pasta, white potatoes, fried foods, cheese, or white flour.

He went to his daughter-in-law's house for dinner. His daughter-in-law was a savvy home cook who always wants to impress. But, she and her husband are vegetarian and were at a loss with these restrictions. She is, however, willing to cook the only meat he can eat: chicken.

What does the daughter-in-law serve for dinner?
