so I have ben looking at cooking without using a natural gas or electric stove and while wood stove cooking is charming and all its not fun. recently I got the idea to use high proof alcohol (185+) under pressure as a cooking fuel to make a full size cook top similar to natural gas without needing to be hooked up to a utility.
anyone have any thoughts on this? implementation? problems?
p.s. I know about marine alcohol stoves example I just don't know if this is something that can be scaled up for a home stove/oven
