Help needed: how to use 10lbs of bacon bits

This stuff is the real deal. Applewood smoked bacon bits. Not the stuff that you get at the Bob Evan's salad bar that looks (and tastes) like sedimentary red rock with salt. While I'm sure I could consume it simply out of the bag, I'm looking for creative solutions to reducing the strategic stockpile of cured pork belly current located in my kitchen.
